The first of a two-part video showcasing the preservation work Historic Saint Paul has accomplished in the Dayton's Bluff neighborhood of Saint Paul, MN. This video focuses on the 4th Street Preservation project and the so-called "Demolition Derby" which saved 6 houses slated for demolishing. Our home was one of those saved and renovated as part of the 4th Street project (and cameos in this video). I did all of the interviews, produced and edited the video and even provided the narration.
